WINEMAKING

Produced and bottled in France. Blanc de Blancs, made from a selection of the most concentrated, exuberant and voluptuous grapes, which are the primary features of an extra dry sparkling wine.

TASTING NOTE

Nice pale straw gold color with long and thin bubbles. Floral and fruity nose with soft aromas of fresh brioche. The palate is gentle with perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. 

PAIRING

To be enjoy between 1 and 2 years after purchasing. Drink at 8°C. As an aperitif with fruit based desert.
